IncidentMatch scans your Git history to map code ownership, then correlates it with past incident resolutions. A lightweight ML model scores each engineer's domain expertise and predicts who will resolve a given incident fastest.
Which integrations are supported?+
We support GitHub and GitLab for code analysis, and PagerDuty and Opsgenie for incident data. Slack notifications are included for routing alerts directly to the matched engineer.
Is my code or incident data stored?+
No source code is stored. We only index metadata — file paths, commit authors, and incident tags — to build expertise profiles. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
